Design has always fascinated me, both the meaning of design and what makes a piece of design work. Throughout my studies I have found that there are always a set of rules to work to. These are the rules that we adhere to in our field every day, such as subjectivity, organisation and order. It was these rules, whether written or unwritten, that led me to consider the way in which graphic design worked and to question what would happen if they were altered.
